The Perkiomen Valley School District Superintendent Dr. Barbara Russell confirmed more than 30 COVID-19 cases were been reported within Student Transportation America.
Elementary students moved to remote learning, while parents of high schoolers were left scrambling to make other transportation arrangements.
Transportation worker Lynn Himes, died this week due to the virus, school officials told 6abc.
Russell said she hopes health officials will allow the district to begin busing high school students and staff beginning Feb. 10 and elementary students on Feb. 9.
